Asked by Tasha Jul 20, 2016 at 10:25 AM about the 1999 Pontiac Grand Am 4 Dr SE Sedan

Question type: Maintenance & Repair

My grand am won't start and I just drove it a couple
hours ago. Been starting up fine with no problems.
Just got in it and it won't start. No engine light or
anything came on. What can be the problem

First check would be the battery. They can die in an instant, especially if it is more than 3 years old. Look at the terminals for excessive corrosion and clean them before further testing if questionable. Then have the battery tested before investigating any further.
