1997 Pontiac Grand Am GT w/ 2.4L 4cyl. Idling Low and Running Rough. any suggestions

Asked by Sep 30, 2013 at 12:28 PM about the 1997 Pontiac Grand Am 4 Dr GT Sedan

Question type: Maintenance & Repair

It has brand new ignition coils, module, boots, and plugs. Motor Mounts are fine as best
as I can tell. I have removed and cleaned the Throttle Body, TPS, IAC, Fuel Rail and
Injectors.  It is running smoother but I am only running 800 rpm at Idle w/ transmission in
park. Throttle Response is slightly sluggish but decent and It evens out at about a
1000rpm.  I have searched but haven't found any vac leaks.  Any suggestions?
