Control Module (oem # 12135114) for my '94 Cutlass Supreme Convertible.I
know that the Chevy Monte Carlo and Pontiac Grand Prix shared this same
part.Extremely desperate and frustrated,Blair,in Chicago

Also try partsgeek.com . Also search it on ebay. I found a power mirror switch for my '94 convertible on ebay just yesterday. I've been looking for one for ages. The parts are out there, but it takes a good bit of searching for some of them. Good luck.
