eclipse spyder wont change gears when car is running

we rebuilt the engine and put everything back together when the car isnt running it shifts gears fine but when you put it in gear and start the car the car wants to move instantly and it wont shift gears we have bled it several times but didnt help,,its a 2004 mitsubishi eclipse spyder 2.4 with 5 speed transmission

Sounds like you still have air in the clutch system. Sometimes it takes several tries to bleed it all out of the slave cylinder. Make sure you keep the resivoir full as you bleed the air. Also have someone press the clutch in while you watch the rod come out of slave cylinder. Is it fully extending? If not check for leaks and continue to bleed. If it is fully extending you might have a clutch, pressure plate or throw out bearing issue.
