Climate Control

Question type: Maintenance & Repair

I have an 02 grand marquis, and when I got it the
blower wasn't getting power through the fuse so I
wired it directly to my battery. Now it only blows
out the defrost and floor vent, but if I drive for a
while or speed up and slow down, it will blow from
the normal vents. What's the problem, and How
much would a job like this cost at a mechanic, I
imagine they would have to take apart the dash
