I am looseing water fast and over heating fast, it's
not the thermostat or radiator,  no water in the gas
what could be....

So if the engine is just burning it, the likely hood of it being a blown head gasket is high, if it is leaking it externally, then it could be a water pump, bad hoses, blown freeze plugs, etc. Check your engine oil, if it is milky color then it is a head gasket.
