2006 jeep grand cherokee hvac blower wont run what can i do?

replaced resistor, checked 40a fuse under hood. have 14v on one of the two wires going to blower motor .

Check the ground wire. You've got 14 VDC but you also need a good ground connection for the motor to run. If that checks out, replace the blower motor. HTH. -Jim
