changed thermostat in jeep cherokee and now it will not start what did i do wrong

Does the engine turn over at all when you turn the key? If not Check the fuse to the ignition and/or the starter motor. The bendix may have jammed.

does it have a security system stick the key in the hatch and turn to the right this resets the system then try to start it
