just changed the spark plugs in my 2005 3.7L Jeep Grand Charokee and now it will not start. wht could be wrong?
changes the spark plugs and attempted to start the vehicle. first acted like a dead battery but now will turn over and not start.. I have rechecked the connections nnd everything is tight and correct. only pulled one at a time so I know I didn't cross any wires. any other ideas why it will not start.? the only thing i did different this time is disconnected the neg battery cable when I started. I reconnected when i finished.
Did you chose the correct spark plugs ??? Did you gap the spark plug according the specs ??? . . https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=Weca9FVqS2s . . .https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=WwdBEENa7Is . .
they were pre gapped and we purchased Bosch platinum Ir Fusion; the ones shown in the book that would be for my jeep.
ok found out that the security system reset and would not allow the key to work. had to disconnect the battery again and let is reset yet again to reactivate the key. better than having to have a new key reprogrammed. thank you for your help
