they don't know whats worng
I have the same issue with mine in colder weather, anything below 40* here. I have to run it almost daily & garage it overnight to avoid the issue, most the time & even then, on occasion, it still stalls on a cold start when put into gear or sometimes even in park. Have them check the CC emissions of your throttle body, which may need to be thoroughly cleaned. Beyond that, it's likely to be a bad or weak battery, otherwise a faulty crank case sensor, which is on the back of the engine near the bell housing of the transmission on a 5.2L Magnum V8. I wasted DAYS & $100 on tests at a shop that absolutely could not replicate the problem. They fully charged my battery & it ran fine for 10 months without another issue. Super strange phenomenon with these older ZJs. Good luck!
