Is the 2003 Denali pickup considered a 1500 or 2500? Does the Denali badge indicate a heavier payload or just trim enhancements?
Looking for a 3/4 ton pickup, and heard that the GMC Denali is a HD truck. I thought that
HDs were 3/4 ton.. need clarification..
1500HD is still just a half ton truck, it is just has more stability under a full load than a standard 1500. Just like 3/4 tons there are standard and there are HD's, but on the 3?4 tons you can see the difference just look at the rear end, the HD's will have a long hub sticking out at the center of the wheel, the standards will either not have a hub sticking out or it will be a much shorter hub that a full blown HD.
