My 2005 GMC Sierra 1500 4x4 will run fine and once in a while she will backfire through the fuel injector and I have replaced the plugs, wires,fuel pump and it still does it

Could be water in the fuel, usually starts about this time of year, try adding some StaBil marine to the fuel see if that helps.
