Is there a fuse panel underneath the hood, or anywhere else?

Asked by Sep 04, 2007 at 05:23 PM about the 1990 Ford Escort 4 Dr LX Wagon

Question type: Maintenance & Repair

The turn signals, and tail lights/brake lights don't work. I found the fuse panel on the driverside floorboard, but none of the fuses where blown. Is there another fuse panel somewhere else?
