how do you get the spare tire out from under the car?

along the rear bumper you will see a whole, put the lug wrench in it and turn, but as seeing your van is 11 years old, it might be seized, you will need to see a shop for that and get them to cut it down. I have them put axle grease on the "chain/wire" every oil change, that way it wont rust soild
