There are 1,565 listings available, which gives you a solid pool of used examples to compare.

Is the 2019 Dodge Grand Caravan a good car?

Yes — the 4.6/5 user rating points to strong owner satisfaction. Owners consistently praise the spacious interior, smooth ride, and excellent value for the price, and the Stow ’n Go seating comes up often as a major advantage for switching between passengers and cargo. That fits the Grand Caravan’s role as a practical, value-focused minivan for shoppers who want everyday usefulness over flash. With 29.3% of listings marked as good or great deals, you have some room to shop selectively.

Is the 2019 Dodge Grand Caravan reliable?

Owners rate it 4.6/5, a strong signal of long-term satisfaction.

The owner feedback also highlights dependable everyday usefulness, especially the roomy cabin and versatile seating layout that make it easy to count on for family hauling and cargo duty. That said, used buyers should still weigh long-term ownership risk carefully, since age-related wear can matter more on a value-oriented minivan like this.

What should I look for when buying a used 2019 Dodge Grand Caravan?

At 61.4% accident-free, a meaningful share of listings has prior incidents — history verification is especially important.

You should start with a vehicle history report so you can separate clean examples from those with prior damage. After that, prioritize a thorough pre-purchase inspection, with extra attention to body condition, signs of wear, and how the van drives and shifts. Because this model is valued for practicality, you’ll want to focus on overall condition and maintenance history rather than just mileage alone.

Is now a good time to buy a used 2019 Dodge Grand Caravan?

This looks like a moderate, selective buyer’s market, so you can shop carefully and still find worthwhile options.

• Deal availability: 29.3% of listings are priced as good or great deals.
• Inventory: There are 1,565 listings available.
• Price trend: Prices have softened 9.32% compared with last year.
• Clean inventory: 61.4% of listings are accident-free.

If you find a listing below $12,077, that's toward the low end of the year-round range and worth acting on quickly.

What is the 2019 Dodge Grand Caravan's resale value?

The current average of $12,079 sits slightly below last year's $13,320.

That price movement suggests the model has softened, which can work against you if you’re planning to sell soon. On the other hand, the lower entry price may help keep demand steady among shoppers who want a practical minivan at a value-oriented price point. If you maintain the vehicle well and keep it in clean condition, you’ll be in a better position to protect resale value.

Vehicles with strong owner satisfaction ratings, like this model year's 4.6/5, tend to retain buyer demand, which supports resale value over time.

Should I buy a 2019 Dodge Grand Caravan or consider a different year?

If you're weighing the 2019 against nearby model years, here's how to think about it:

Choose the 2019 if:

• At 61.4% accident-free, a meaningful share of listings has prior incidents — history verification is especially important.
• Price trend: Prices have softened 9.32% compared with last year.

The bottom line: The 2019 is a strong choice if you want a value-focused minivan with broad owner approval and you’re willing to shop carefully for condition.
