I rinsed off the engine part of my car GoT in and turn the car on it start pull forward it stalled out it would not turn back on. electricity is going to the car it seems like its not getting gas

It might dry out on its own but you can remove the coils to see if you got moisture in the spark plug boot which is shorting out the spark.

Water is your problem but the good news is that it will dry out on its own in a short time.
