2007 Prius fails to go to ready mode

It ain't easy being green. I would complain to directly Toyota and ask for more technical assistance but if it were my car I would trade it in ASAP.

It is easy being green. The Prius is the most reliable car made according to Consumer Reports and consumer surveys at TrueDelta.com. The Prius is the only car on Consumer Reports list of "10 Best Cars to Get to 200,000 Miles and Beyond" and their list of "10 Most Reliable Cars." Your problem is very rare but very unfortunate. I'd openly disclose the problem and sell it, to a dealer or mechanic. They will have an advantage over you in fixing this. I can't help cause our Priuses have been wonderful and I have no experience with anything like this. It will be hard to find a Prius woner who has. Search the forums at priuschat.com It's a wonderful community and you may find experienced owners and helpful experts there.

i purchased a 2007 Prius for my daughter in March and have only been able to drive it 318 miles since March. The same thing happens. It came with a brand new 12 volt battery and a brand new 1800 biig battery.

Re 2007 Prius Battery Draining/no start : I called the dealer and asked:, besides the usual what could be draining the battery?. they said there are 3 main fuses that only a Toyota dealer can change in the engine department and that 2 of those fuses can drain the battery. Going to take it in when I can and see what happens
