replaced window regulator and motor, now will only go down, not up

i replaced rear window regulator and motor, worked great for two days now it
will go down but not up.  can hear motor when up switch is pushed,

Since it is a new motor, I would suspect that the window is binding. The motor works less when lowering the window but needs to exert more force to raise it. Binding is usually the cause. Adjustments are fairly simple.
