You're Cooling Fan isn't working?

get a radiator pressure tester at autozone and see if you can find a leak

Did they bled the air from the system after replacing the radiator ?

Is the coolant in the reservoir getting hot? Was the thermostat changed or has it been removed completely. Did you use 50/50 mixture in the radiator? Are the radiator hoses getting hot? They should. If no, could be a problem with the thermostat or water pump. Or a blockage in the system.

Did you find the problem? I have a Explorer 06 V8 and it did the same thing after I got a new radiator.
