Clean the linkage and throttle body with some carburetor cleaner.

Tried that already put a new iac and mass air flow sensor on it

Did you get the mounting surface clean and use a new gasket when you installed the new IAC? Sounds like you may have a vacuum leak.

You mean an air idle control sensor? And how about the throttle positioning sensor? (TPS)

Yes cleaned it really good also checked the vacuums

The tps I took it off checked it seems to be fine but I ordered one

"It sticks for a few seconds". Are you talking about the linkage? Manually rev the engine from under the hood and see if the throttle immediately returns to its starting position. If so, clean. If you removed the IAC, did you replace the gasket and thoroughly clean the mounting surfaces? Check for proper operation of the IAC, the net will show you how.
