ENGINE FAIL SAFE

Question type: Maintenance & Repair

No warning until engine cut out while i was driving.   BIG SAFETY ISSUE !   Low on coolant,  had to add to a cooled down engine.   BIG SAFETY ISSUE... no warning....    Why???

you have to watch the temp gauge now your block is prolly creacked or your head is cracked or warped.

the fluids should be checked.theres a 50/50 chance of a crack or warpage. it couldve just ran out of oil.

no oil kills most engines either that or makes them devolop knocks so its safe to say that 100% of cars that have oil starvation die

btw just learned those ford suv's have shitty radiators, i had to order one the other day and they were on back order for 6 weeks

i used to work for a ford dealer, and usually being low on coolant wont cause the engine to go into fail safe or as i call it, limp home mode. btw fords dont have shitty radiators, people just have extraordinarily bad luck.
