2006 Ford Expedition Issue

I own a 2006 Ford Expedition Eddie B with 82k on it and having issues.
Apparently i need to change the Plugs. Everyone i talk to tells me there is a
problem changing them because they often brake easily. Does anyone knows if
ford came up with better product that eliminates that? and how do i find them?

I JUST DID THIS PROCEDURE WITH THIS METHOD AND DID NOT BREAK ANY PLUGS WHICH WERE ORIGINALS. I RAN USING UP 2 FULLTANKS MIXED WITH ONE BOTTLE OF SEAFOAM FUEL INJECTOR CLEANER PER TANK. ORDERED FORD MOTORCRAFT PM-3 CARB TUNE UP BOTTLE AND FOLLOWED EXACTLY AS FORDS TSB 08-7-6 INSTRUCTIONS STATED. ONLY DIFFERENCE I DID THIS ASAP AFTER RUNNING THE ENGINE TO BE WARMED UP I NOTICED THE CARBON BUILD UP WOULD BE LOOSENED UP LIKE THAT. JUST TAKE YOUR TIME TIME LOOSENING AND RETIGHTENING LITTLE BY LITTLE TOOK ME 3 DAYS AT MY OWN PACE. IF ENGINE WOULD COOL OFF I WOULD RECONNECT HARNESS AND WARM UP AGAIN.
