No start and battery is charged and working fine

Asked by Jul 10, 2017 at 07:11 AM about the 2003 Ford Expedition XLT 4WD

Question type: Maintenance & Repair

Car will not start or even turn over like if the battery was
dead but battery is charged and fine. Every time I try to
start I get a whining noise coming from fuse box area on
passenger side. Not mechanical inclined so I have no clue
what problem could be
