I just bought a 2001 Chevy Monte Carlo ss and I have to take the fuse out for my blinkers because when the fuse is in the right blinker won't stop blinking :( any suggestions??

That sounds like you have a cross circuit from the hazard to turn signal circuit, it could be a bad combo switch. Try this: vigorously turn on and off the 4way switch at half a dozen times, and then recheck to see if that has cured the symptom, if it did then you have a switch that is starting to go bad, if it don't then you are going to have to locate the cross circuited wiring. HTH
