do i have a bad water pump or bad freeze plug

replaced radiator and thermostat, but still drips antifreeze. reservoir tank empty, but radiator full

Wouldn't know without looking to see where it is coming from. Take it to a shop, they can put the cooling system under pressure, and look for leaks.
