Just out of the blue, I started my truck and the abs
light stays on and won't shift on time and shifts
hard , could a bad 02 sensor cause this?

No. You have a problem with the ABS (Anti-lock Brake System). Most likely a wheel sensor. You'll need to have the ABS computer scanned to find out for sure. HTH. -Jim
