2009 Jeep Wrangler turn signals stop working when headlights are on

The turn signals work fine when the headlights are off. Once the headlights
are turned on the front turn signals, which ever one I'm using,  will work for a
few seconds then stop working and the rear turn signals go into fast blink.  If
I stop the Jeep and restart the ignition, the signals will reset but same thing
happens when I engage the headlights.  I have stock bulbs in all the lights,
no LED's.  I have had both front turn signal sockets replaced and the ground
wired checked by a trusted mechanic.  We still cant find the problem. Any
ideas?
