Question type: Maintenance & Repair

My Lexus has 160,000 miles on it it ran fine for a while no issues since i
bought it last year. I recently noticed it was not wanting to go into overdrive.
All other gears are shifting fine.  Doing some reading I'm seeing its possibly
the Shift Solenoid E but when i try to find any part number or any other info
online i cant find squat. i plan to test with a multimeter to make sure that's
the problem but can anyone tell me which solenoid is E under the pan and is
that the overdrive one? is it as eazy as droping the tranny oil pan and taking
one bolt out to replace or do you need to drop extra stuff and its behind
whatever you need to take out .i cant find much info online about this any
help would be apricated.

The problem's likely a sensor or solenoid that's defective. It's not a difficult thing to fix, but you should have a transmission shop diagnose and fix this.
