I have check engine light on with dtc p0446 ,what should be wrong

I have a dtc p0446 evaporative emission system vent control circuit

I'm thinking there's a solenoid valve that opens to allow air to be vented from the gas tank to the engine . A technician could test it but you could replace it , probably on the motor or near the gas tank with a few small hoses coming out of it , I think . Your experience may differ .
