On a Lexus LS 400,can the air bellows on the suspension be replaced without changing the entire strut?

I have an air leak from the air bellows(air spring).Can it be replaced without replacing the entire suspension strut?

RockAuto sells struts that are for cars without the pneumatic suspension. You might be able to remove the bags.
