How much does the 2019 Lexus LS cost?

There are 216 listings available, which gives you a modest amount of inventory to compare before you buy.

Is the 2019 Lexus LS a good car?

Yes — the 2019 Lexus LS earns a 5/5 user rating, which points to strong owner satisfaction. It stands out as a full-size luxury sedan that blends traditional Lexus strengths with a much more modern personality, and it offers a quiet cabin, premium interior materials, and multiple powertrain options. It also brings a fluid exterior design, a richly finished interior, and a strong mix of luxury and technology features, including a 12.3-inch infotainment screen and standard Lexus Safety System+.

For shoppers who want a flagship sedan that feels special without leaning on German-brand convention, it makes a strong case. The market also shows 34.3% of listings as good or great deals, which gives you some room to shop selectively.

Is the 2019 Lexus LS reliable?

Owners rate it 5/5, a strong signal of long-term satisfaction.

The 2019 LS is presented as a luxury sedan with reliability-minded ownership, and its appeal includes a quiet cabin, premium materials, and a reputation for lower ownership stress than many rivals. Lexus also refined the suspension and powertrain for improved ride quality and response, which supports its everyday usability.

For used buyers, the main long-term ownership risk is less about outright durability and more about finding a well-kept example with the right maintenance history.

What should I look for when buying a used 2019 Lexus LS?

At 63.9% accident-free, a meaningful share of listings has prior incidents — history verification is especially important.

You should start with a full vehicle history report and confirm whether any prior damage affected structural areas, airbags, or major body panels. Put inspection priority on the cabin electronics, infotainment operation, and signs of uneven wear, since luxury features and repair quality matter a lot in this segment. Focus on overall condition and documentation, because a clean, well-maintained example is likely to be the better long-term buy.

Is now a good time to buy a used 2019 Lexus LS?

This looks like a moderate, selective buyer’s market, so you can shop carefully and still find reasonable value.

• Deal availability: 34.3% of listings are priced as good or great deals.
• Inventory: There are 216 listings available.
• Price trend: Prices have held steady compared with last year.
• Clean inventory: 63.9% of listings are accident-free.

If you find a listing below $39,097, that's toward the low end of the year-round range and worth acting on quickly.

What is the 2019 Lexus LS's resale value?

The current average of $41,358 sits slightly below last year's $41,363.

That small decline suggests the market has been stable rather than volatile, which is helpful if you plan to resell later. A steady price pattern can make it easier to estimate future value, especially when the model continues to attract shoppers looking for a luxury sedan with a strong ownership reputation. If you buy well and keep the car in strong condition, you should have a better chance of preserving value over time.

Vehicles with strong owner satisfaction ratings, like this model year's 5/5, tend to retain buyer demand, which supports resale value over time.

Should I buy a 2019 Lexus LS or consider a different year?

If you're weighing the 2019 against nearby model years, here's how to think about it:

Choose the 2019 if:

• 34.3% of listings are priced as good or great deals.
• At 63.9% accident-free, a meaningful share of listings has prior incidents — history verification is especially important.
• Price trend: Prices have held steady compared with last year.
• Owners rate it 5/5 — a strong satisfaction signal.

Consider the 2018 if:

• At $37,088, the 2018 costs less than the current year's $41,358 average.
• It delivers a refined, capable flagship with strong road manners and a clear sense of occasion.

The bottom line:
Buy the 2019 if you want the stronger all-around package and are comfortable paying more for a newer model year with steady pricing. If you’re more price-sensitive, the 2018 is the better value play and still gives you a luxurious, well-finished sedan with a strong sense of occasion.
