I am moving back east to Pennsylvania from Ventura California and am trying to decide between an infiniti M35 or an EX 35. In either case I'm nor getting all wheel drive. Which is better for the snow?

Question type: General

Will use snow tires and was born and
raised in PA and have driven in the snow
many times so I know how to drive in the
snow and to have snow tires

1 Answer

Both come with AWD or just RWD, so if you are purchasing a RWD and using snow tires, you will be fine with either vehicle. RWD with snows tires is better than AWD and all seasons IMO. So it depends on your personal preference if you want a sedan or SUV. The SUV or EX35 will have more ground clearance, so you will be able to drive in deeper snow.
