I recently changed the fuel pump in my crysler neon 1999 model as I was told that's y it's not running, so I did it now I have no fuel flowing to the engine , I have checked all fuses and they r fine

You should have a fuel pump relay. I think your horn relay and your fuel pump relay are the same. Try swapping them around and see if it starts up.
