Nissan cefiro won't start

My Nissan cefiro won't start all lights show
on dash but when I turn key they all go off
apart from the engine light.It is a
reconditioned battery I purchased a month
ago.please help

Bad or dirty cables would be my first thing to check, then have that battery tested, today's refurb batteries are not the best.
