2003 Silverado 4x4 gauges and power accessories out

Question type: Maintenance & Repair

Upon starting the truck, I noticed the  power
windows and dome light didn't work. I started the
truck again. This time the ABS light and battery
light were on and these gauges didn't work: oil,
battery, gas, and temp, which are all on the right
side of my instrument panel. Speedo and Tach are
fine. My check engine light has been on for a
month for an intake gasket, but I wanted to get the
codes reread after this happened. 2 different
readers at parts stores both couldn't connect to
the vehicle, receiving error codes. Scanners didn't
have this issue communicating with my truck
before the power accessory/gauge symptoms of
today. After checking the fuses under the hood and
in the cab, only one 10amp was blown and none
are loose. Replacing it didn't help. I have a
multimeter and the basics to work with a
troubleshoot, but I certainly don't have the cash for
the repair. This seems like something that multiple
things could be connected to electrically. Help!
