AC is not cooling properly. Need help

Question type: Maintenance & Repair

2010 Dodge Ram 4.7L V8. The refrigerant level is good, the high and low
pressures are good, the condensor has been cleaned, and a new fan
clutch has been installed. Still not cooling at an acceptable level. Have
checked temp with a laser thermometer and it only gets down to 65 or so
degrees. Someone suggest that the orifice hose may be clogged. Any
other ideas?
