I am considering buying a 2000 ML430 w/ 95000 miles good?

Probably not. The vehicle is 20 years old and imports usually start needing repairs around the one hundred thousand mile mark! Mercedes Benz aren't cheap to fix either! I would keep shopping! Hope that helps! Jim
