On my 2003 dodgeRam 1500 4by4  I have  no left
brake  light  tried bulds socket  and brake switch  
even  fuses but when scan it it said left brake light  
open  circuit

So then you have a broken wire or a cracked circuit board somewhere in the left brake light circuit, dig out your wiring diagrams and start tracing the circuit down.
