how do i reset the obd on my 2005 dodge magnum and yes the part has been replaced

Either with a scan tool or by driving normally for a few days with the gas tank between 1/4 and 3/4. No more and no less in the gas tank. This will allow the computer to run all the diagnostics and realize that the problem is fixed. When that happens the check engine light will go off as well. HTH. -Jim
