Hello. 97 GMC Sonoma V6, It starts most of the time but it has started not to. Firing up on the 3rd 4th revolution & seems to be getting worse

I replaced Cap,rotor & Ignition mod. when she doesnt start on the 1st crank I smell fuel after the start? Any Ideas...Im gonna redo my ground cables. read somewhere it my help?

Have you checked your fuel injector regulator? When that piece goes out it floods the lines and some cases the engine.
