My car wont start

I have a 2004 Pontiac Bonneville it started at 10
o'clock this morning I went back outside to start it
at 12 and hit my horn was going off so I undid the
negative side of the battery and now nothing is
coming up on my Dash or Nothing what could that
be

Might be a weak battery caused the horn to blow. Have the battery tested for 12.3V or more. 12V or lower, time for a new one.
