I have a 84 caddy with a 79 350 olds rocket motor

I just bought it an ran an shifted fine..then I took the 20" wheels off an put 15"
stock rally's on..ran fine for awhile but now won't shift into highway/4th
gear..could it be the TV cable or vacuum line to tranny?..or modulator?..
TCC?..i've read so many forums it seems like the possibilities are endless!!
HELP!!!

Actually could be any number of things. Have you check the trans fluid level? If it full? What color is it? Does it smell burnt?
