I have a 97 Olds Cutlass 3.1 and it will crank when I spray gas on intake but then it dies. I've already changed the fuel pump. Help!

is the fuel pressure up enough

How do I find out about the fuel pressure

is there fuel to the carb or spark plugs

Well, it cranks, it just won't stay started. Does that mean it's getting fuel to the carb or spark plugs?

It's a used fuel pump that I put on. Could it be a bad one?

yes take the fuel inlet tube off of the carb and put it in a bottle and see if it pumps out gas
