when changing the motor mounts on a 360 do they uncouple the water system

Had the mounts changed, after drove home and car heated up? Never had a problem before?

Yes, and cooling fans may be unplugged, these cars are complicated and an underfilled cooling system or unplugged fan can and should send you to panic,don't drive it tow it back to dealer,overheating can cause irreperable damage to powertrain (engine) and void any remaing warranty.
