i REPLACED THE CAT AND o2 SENSORS ??????

2003 ECLIPSE STARTS FINE COLD AND RUNS A LITTLE ROUGH WHEN i SHUT IT OFF FOR A SHPORT TIME IT WON;T START IT FIRES RIGHT UO THEN NOTHING
  i REPLACED THE CAT AND o2 SENSORS ??????

Why did you replace the cats and O2's, were you getting codes? Is the CEL on now? Running rough can be a vacuum leak to a misfire. I'd suspect the light is on and you have a few codes. Have the car scanned.
