Car fuses

So the fuses are missing and the car has no
power at all.how much is it to replace the
fuses mostly the smaller ones but there's
three missing under the hood close up by
the windshield but under the hood.

Fuses are cheap. Some vehicles don't use all the slots in the fuse panel. Did you check the owners manual to see which ones the Probe uses. There is also a sometimes a diagram on the back of the fuse panel. Did you just buy this vehicle? No power to the vehicle usually means you have a 'short to ground'. A bare wire that has contacted frame of the car not allowing power to flow.
