Is it possable to switch out the 94 mustang gt 5.0 engine and transmission to a 1999 mustang gt since I can not switch out just the transmission

Why are you asking the same question again? My answer is going ot be the same, you'd have to change and/or modify your motor mounts, possibly relocate or swap the radiator, and use the ECU from your old Mustang. it can take a lot of time and money(especially if you don't know how to work on cars).
