I have seen a few 302 fords, i heard of a guy that was trying to put in a Chevy 350 but never did see it complete. It entails a lot of work, frame mods, suspension, exhaust, etc.

Ive seen videos on YouTube that have dropped LS1 V8's Into an RX7.there was one video of a 1650hp LS1 V8 swap into a 1985 RX7. That thing was scary fast. Also I have seen turboed V6's and even diffirent generation RX7 engines into diffirent RX7 bodystyles. This wouldnt just be an engine swap though, itwould take an,exhaust, suspension, and other modifications to fit a V8 of that size into a little RX7
