200

Good day, Thank you for reading, My C240 Gear issue was solved. The main problem was that there was too much dirty in d gear oil filter, and that's what's wrong with yours. I bought 2 four litres of gear oil as instructed by d German Mercedes Benz Mechanic whose video I watched on YouTube, then I went to d spareparts shop at to check how much I could buy d gear oil filter and they told me between 3k and 5k in Naira, then I went to get a local mechanic who will loose the gear oil sump for me so we can drain and clean it. So we removed d dirty filter, and after spaying some fuel from a 75cl bottle that we opened a little hole at d cock with a little nail so we can have a jet spray to penetrate and clean all d remaining dirt's that did not drain out, then we went to buy a new filter and replaced it. We cleaned the cover and retight all d bolts in place, "Note" there is a Magnet that is in the sump cover so please take note so that your mechanic don't throw it away with d dirty gear oil. After we finished d covering tightly we started filing in d new gear oil we bought and as we were doing so we were also looking whether there was any leakages of oil coming out, there was none, and after we have finished adding all the gear oil, so we started d engine and allowed to run for about 5 minutes and engaged gear for a test drive and all d gear problems was off, transmission became very smooth again. I paid the mech 3k for his work Can contact me on whatsapp: +234 8023103613
