If your getting between 14 to 18 that's about as good as it gets, I have heard that a re-programmer helps but not too much, around a mile or 2 per gallon.

Proper tire pressure and a tune up if it has over 100,000 miles. Uh, premium fuel will do nothing but make your wallet lighter.
